Scrunchy Mom Snacks: Keeping It Real and Healthy!
It is really wild how many snacks advertised for toddlers have so much added sugar and ingredients in them! I try to serve the kids as many natural things as possible, but I know that is not always the easiest task! There are always some of the obvious things, like fruit, but it’s important to vary what the kids are eating! Making sure they are eating protein and getting calcium from things like dairy will help support their growth!
